This is an ALL NEW Rotomaster Center Cartridge, Factory balanced turbine wheel and compressor wheel, new center housing, journal bearing and seals. This part is the complete working part of your turbo for the Early 99 models. All you need to build yourself a brand new GTP-38 stock turbo is your cast iron turbine housing and aluminum compressor housing. Bolt these 2 items to the cartridge and remount on your engine.
